Payment
In order to pay for your order we offer two methods of payment which are:
Paypal: If you choose to pay with Paypal, you’ll be redirected to the Paypal website, where you can log into your account and pay or pay directly with a Debit or Credit Card without logging in.
Stripe: If you choose to pay with Stripe, you’ll insert all of your Credit/Debit Card info in the checkout page and place the order. All of your card info will be collected only by Stripe itself.
Shipping
The time taken to ship your order depends on the available stock of the goods you have ordered.
In case the item is available we ship it within 24/48 hours, in other cases the shipping can be delayed.
We ship our orders with DPD, DHL, GLS in Europe and with DHL outside of Europe (e.g. UK, USA).
Always leave a delivery address where a person can collect the item, we are not responsible for failures to deliver.
Custom duties and Taxes
For our customers from outside of Europe, the duties and taxes are not included in the final price, and are responsibility of the addressee.
Ordering from the United Kingdom
If you are buying from the United Kingdom, the limit of low value to avoid duties is set to a net value of £135, ~156€ (excluded shipping and vat).
For example by ordering a Boot Floor for a Mini Countryman R60, no worries, the shown price is the final price and you won’t pay any extra duties or taxes, as it’s net value is 129,16€.
Otherwise, if you order a Boot Floor for a VW Tiguan or two boot floors, the net value exceeds the £135 treshold and when you’ll receive your parcel you’ll be asked to pay the vat and custom taxes, but no worries, at the time of shipment we will discount the vat amount you paid to us (32,5€).
